After more than 30 years of use, our pool requires significant repairs and maintenance. Earlier this year, the HOA board collaborated with skilled contractors to inspect the pool and provide proposals for stopping water leakage, resurfacing the pool, and performing other necessary repairs.
A contractor has been selected, and the work is scheduled to begin during the pool off-season, weather permitting. Although the work will be extensive, we expect that the pool will be ready for the 2025 season.
Concurrently, we will be upgrading the electrical system in the pool pump room and adding new emergency shut-off equipment as mandated by state law. During these extensive repairs, contractors and equipment will be present at the clubhouse for several months. We will keep you posted as things progress.
As needed, a construction debris dumpster will be utilized by the contractors. We kindly request that you refrain from dumping any household trash or unwanted items in the dumpster during the repair process. Thank you for your cooperation!
