Clubhouse & Pool Rental

Saratoga Woods and Saratoga Springs may rent the Saratoga Woods clubhouse for a minimum of 3 hours and a maximum of 6 hours.

The clubhouse can only be rented one time per day – no exceptions! Rentals available on a first come first serve basis.

The Clubhouse party space is approximately 26′ x 30′ and holds 100 people. There are two round tables with seating for 4 at each table. There are 2 folding tables and 20 folding chairs in the closet for your use.

There is a fully equipped kitchen with a microwave, stove, refrigerator, dishwasher and ice machine. Also, there is a bar area with a small sink off the party room. There is a boom box in the kitchen that plays CDs or radio, with speakers in the party area.

The pool is available to rent after normal pool hours and maybe rented alone or in conjunction with the clubhouse.

Pool Membership

Residents of Saratoga Springs may join the Saratoga Woods pool.

Please complete the 2022 Saratoga Springs Pool Membership Application and follow the directions on the application.

Monday-Friday

11:00 a.m. - 9:00 p.m.

Saturday

11:00 a.m. - 9:00 p.m.

Sunday

12:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m.

School Days

When local public schools are in session, the pool is open:

Monday - Friday

4:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m.

Saturday

1:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m.

Sunday

1:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m.

Guest Policy

Guest admission to the pool is $5 per person on non-Holidays. 

Guest admission on peak Holidays – Memorial Day, July 4th and Labor Day – is $10 per person.

Payment is collected at the gate by the Lifeguards. Residents required to sign in each guest and be present when their guests arrive.

Note

Homeowners must be in good standing with the HOA, including being up to date on payment of the annual assessment, to be eligible to rent the pool and/or clubhouse. The pool and/or clubhouse cannot be rented during the Memorial Day, 4th of July, & Labor Day Holiday weekends.
