To the residents of Saratoga Woods:

As you may have heard, the board and our pool management company together were forced to close the pool due to the water pumps malfunctioning. This was unforeseen as everything was working during our pool inspection earlier this spring. The board has ordered the repair work to be done as soon as possible, and we have been told that the parts should arrive by the middle of next week, around June 5th.

Once they are in hand, we will promptly conduct the necessary repairs, ensuring compliance with Louisville Metro pool regulations. We understand the inconvenience this closure may cause and assure you that we are committed to reopening at the earliest possible moment.

As progress unfolds, we will keep the community informed of the repair schedule and anticipated reopening date. Your patience and understanding during this time are greatly appreciated. We are working diligently to restore pool access for all residents as soon as possible.
