  1. Print the Clubhouse Rental Agreement & Waiver and follow the instructions. Please note: Rentals are not confirmed until the Clubhouse Rental Agreement & Waiver and both checks are received. Checks are to be made out to SW HOA.
  2. Once the Clubhouse Rental Agreement & Waiver and checks have been received, your reservation will be added to the calendar by a Clubhouse Coordinator.
