The Clubhouse party space is approximately 26′ x 30′ and holds 100 people.
- 2 round tables with seating for 4 at each table.
- 2 folding tables and 20 folding chairs in the closet for your use.

The Kitchen Includes:

Want to Rent the Clubhouse?
Saratoga Woods and Saratoga Springs residents may rent the clubhouse for a minimum of 3 hours and a maximum of 6 hours.
The clubhouse can only be rented one time per day – no exceptions! Rentals available on a first come first serve basis.

Note
Homeowners must be in good standing with the HOA, including being up to date on payment of the annual assessment, to be eligible to rent the clubhouse. The clubhouse cannot be rented during the holiday weekends of Memorial Day, 4th of July, & Labor Day.
