For Saratoga Woods & Saratoga Springs Homeowners

Clubhouse Rentals

The clubhouse party space is approximately 26′ x 30′ and holds 100 people. There are two round tables with seating for 4 at each table. There are 2 folding tables and 20 folding chairs in the closet for your use.

There is a fully equipped kitchen with a microwave, stove, refrigerator, dishwasher and ice machine. Also, there is a bar area with a small sink off the party room. There is a boom box in the kitchen that plays CDs or radio, with speakers in the party area.

Saratoga Woods homeowners may rent the clubhouse for a minimum of 3 hours and a maximum of 6 hours for $325.00.

Saratoga Springs homeowners may rent the clubhouse for a minimum of 3 hours and a maximum of 6 hours for $400.00.  However, if you have a pool membership for the current year, you will receive the Saratoga Woods Residents cost $325.00.

  2. Saratoga Woods Residents: Print the Saratoga Woods Clubhouse Rental Agreement & Waiver and follow the instructions. Checks are to be made out to Saratoga Woods HOA.
  3. Saratoga Springs Residents: Print the Saratoga Springs Clubhouse Rental Agreement & Waiver and follow the instructions. Checks are to be made out to Saratoga Woods HOA.
  4. Once the appropriate Clubhouse Rental Agreement & Waiver and both checks have been received, your reservation will be confirmed and added to the calendar by a Clubhouse Coordinator.

Pool Rentals

Saratoga Woods and Saratoga Springs homeowners may rent the pool after normal pool hours. The pool may be rented alone or in conjunction with the clubhouse.

The rental fee is $100 per hour, plus the cost of the lifeguards.

  1. Review the calendar below for  date availability. (Unavailable dates are muted and will not highlight).
  2. Print the Pool Rental Agreement & Waiver and follow the instructions. Please note: Rentals are not confirmed until the Pool Rental Agreement & Waiver and both checks are received. Checks are to be made out to SW HOA.
  3. Once the Pool Rental Agreement & Waiver and checks have been received, your reservation will be added to the calendar by a Clubhouse Coordinator.

Note

To be eligible to rent the Clubhouse and/or Pool, homeowners must be in good standing with the HOA, including being up to date on payment of the annual assessment. The clubhouse and/or pool cannot be rented during the Memorial Day, 4th of July, & Labor Day holiday weekends. 

The Clubhouse cannot be rented more than one time per day.
